Room Contracts has completed the third phase of refurbishment works at Holiday Inn Whitechapel, delivering 27 upgraded bedrooms and bathrooms. All works were finished on schedule, snag-free, and in line with the client’s quality expectations, with rooms now ready for guest use.
This marks another step in the wider hotel fit-out programme, which continues to progress smoothly within a live operating environment. Phase four is now underway, with ongoing focus on maintaining standards and minimising disruption.
